New Cement Floors

One of our objectives at Keys4Life has been to replace the earthen floors in La Guadalupana with cement floors to improve sanitation and health conditions in the Colonia. We are pleased to report that this objective is nearly accomplished. We supply the materials, but the actual labor is performed by the families themselves. All workers receive a wrist band, and when the work is accomplished, each worker receives a care package of food and necessities for their families... enough to last for several weeks.
